Her leadership style has consistently yielded strong outcomes—most notably a 90% client retention rate in previous roles, underscoring her ability to inspire teams and cultivate loyalty.

Ana’s career began on the vibrant stages of South Florida, where she performed as the lead vocalist for several well-known local bands. Recognizing the challenges fellow musicians often faced, she expanded her role to include talent booking—helping artists secure consistent performance opportunities. Her passion for creating impact evolved into event and promotional management with a consumer event company, where she excelled in negotiation and logistics, further showcasing her adaptability, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Throughout every chapter of her career, Ana’s focus has remained on providing genuine value while ensuring the client experience is both exceptional and engaging. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a multicultural perspective to every engagement, bridging gaps and fostering authentic connections with diverse stakeholders.

Christopher Ashton | Regional Director, Pacific Coast:

Christopher Ashton brings over two decades of experience in the broker-dealer and RIA space, where he advised high-net-worth individuals across a wide spectrum of financial needs. Throughout his career, one challenge stood out time and again: taxes. It was this persistent pain point that led Christopher to Hancock Martin. Drawn to the firm’s deeply personalized and compliant approach to tax mitigation and wealth preservation, he found not only a solution for his clients—but a team that matched his commitment to delivering strategic, high-impact financial guidance.

As Regional Director, Christopher serves clients along the Pacific Coast, combining his extensive industry insight with a passion for helping individuals and families protect and grow what they’ve built. Beyond his professional role, Christopher is a proud husband (since 2002), father of four, and devoted dog dad to two Cavapoo pups. A craftsman at heart, he enjoys woodworking, training young athletes, and exploring the role of the central nervous system in elite performance. For Christopher, success is about more than numbers—it’s about building lasting trust and helping clients design a financial future that reflects their values and vision.

Haze Clifford | Relationship Manager:

Haze is an accomplished sales and business development leader with more than two decades of experience working with major healthcare systems, medical technology companies, and national organizations. Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships with executive leadership, negotiated complex contracts, and driven meaningful growth across highly competitive markets.  

With a Master’s degree in Sports Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, Haze brings both strategic insight and a relationship-driven approach to helping organizations build lasting success.

Jamila Hubbard | Relationship Manager:

Jamila is a relationship-driven business development and client advisory professional with a strong background in legal technology, enterprise account management, and strategic sales. She currently serves as a Solutions Consultant at LexisNexis, where she works closely with law firms across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware region to strengthen client relationships, increase platform adoption, and identify strategic growth opportunities through consultative support and data-driven insights.  

With a Juris Doctor from University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from La Salle University, she brings a unique blend of legal understanding, financial insight, and client-focused strategy to every engagement. 

Jarum Stone | Relationship Manager:

Meet Jarum Stone, your go-to tax mitigation specialist for elite entrepreneurs and high-income individuals. With a sharp focus on leveraging key tax codes like Sections 162, 170, 179, and 168(k), Jarum helps clients slash their tax liabilities with precision.

As the founder of Stone Advisory Group, Jarum excels in guiding clients through asset sales to minimize or even eliminate capital gains taxes. Teaming up with Wilson Hand amplifies his ability to reach more clients with impactful tax strategies.

John Ryan | Relationship Manager:
